Founded in 2020 by Michele Avila, Breath of Life Ministry serves families in Playa del Carmen, Mexico through compassionate, grassroots community care. During the pandemic, the ministry began by delivering despensas filled with essential food and household items, offering immediate support to families throughout the community.
Today, Breath of Life Ministry continues to cultivate connection through a vibrant network of volunteers, community events, and resources that honor the dignity and potential of every individual and family. Every initiative reflects the belief that strong communities grow through generosity, collaboration, and shared responsibility.
Each donation helps provide food, essential supplies, community programs, and opportunities that uplift families across Playa del Carmen. Every contribution strengthens local relationships, expands access to meaningful resources, and empowers neighbors to care for one another.
